People with Android 9 seem to have an issue playing videos with the Chrome browser. From short tests, it seems only this browser is affected.
Until I can fix that, the workaround would be to use another browser on Android, or another device.

I checked your old case, at that time I didn't know it was a general Android problem. Now we do and I try to find a fix for it.
As admin has been unable to help me with this I wonder if anyone else is having a problem with the videos? I can still watch them on my old kindle no problem but on my phone (Mi A2 with an android 9 upgrade 6 Dec) I am no longer able to see them. Any suggestions?
