I had a match with a guy at hollywell bay nr Newquay week or so ago because of the end of lockdown and not very nice weather it was pretty quite but think you would struggle to find a beach quite enough depends where you are and what time of day it is
Do not trust chris 1987. He ripped me off of £25 by saying he would pay for his half of a mat room and then said he had no money on the day. No money in his account and that he would lend the money from his mum and forward it to me. He never did. Absolute chancer and a waste of time and money.

I'd say wait till night or late evening, I used to live in Cornwall and can probably think of a couple of beaches but not too sure
