We agree to have a competitive match with no unnecessary rough stuff or dirty tactics and to respect each other's limits. I schoolboy pin you and give you a chance to submit when I count to 5. A hold is selected that has the potential of knocking the Jobber out (ideally not as a direct result of choke/sleeper though) but also that they find sexually arousing to be in. For example (and my own personal preference), I'd choose to be put in a bearhug.
Jobber is stripped naked, Heel may be naked or not. Heel applies the selected hold and tries (within safe limits) to achieve all three potential endings: making the Jobber tap out from pain, making the Jobber pass out, making the Jobber shoot their load. Whichever of the three the Jobber actually succumbs to first determines their punishment, in a "next in the sequence" fashion.
If they TAP (i.e. submit either verbally or by tapping out) then they are put in a Camel Clutch/Sleeper combo and both holds are put on hard until the Jobber is KO'ed. This is the only way the hold ends.
If they NAP (i.e. are knocked out or even start to fall unconscious) then they are put into a Boston Crab at submission level and jerked off until they cum. this is the only way the hold ends.
If they FAP (i.e. cum while in the original hold) then they are put in a Torture Rack and must recite a pre-selected (by the Heel, privately) sequence of the phrases "Give", "Submit" and "Uncle". The sequence should have no less than 6 uses of the phrases, and no more than 10-12 to give the jobber a fighting chance of finishing the sequence. They must say only one phrase at a time and Wait for a response from the Heel. If they say the correct phrase the Heel gives their balls a light, congratulatory squeeze and asks for the next phrase. If they get it wrong the Heel drops to one knee, jarring them in the Rack and they have to start the sequence over. (The Heel may have the sequence pre-prepared and written down somewhere nearby and consult it during the punishment as long as they make sure the Jobber can't see it, or just have it memorised.)
Once the punishment is complete, the Jobber is given a short rest period (30-60 seconds) and the original hold is reapplied with the Heel trying for a different outcome this time, and this repeats until the jobber has suffered each punishment at least once, or until they have shot a pre-determined number of loads either in the original hold or the NAP punishment.
