I would not. My younger self would not be able to handle the current me. I did not take up boxing until I was 36. I have no regrets about not starting earlier. It was the right time of my life to start.
Yes! Because I would have a lot to teach him: technique as well as how to handle himself. And I'd have advice - to just keep at it and not worry. Breathe. But I'm one of those who got smarter and calmer as he's gotten older, which I think more than makes up for any physical atrophy.
