I'm curious as to how a cam boxing match is conducted. Obviously...two computer cameras and two opponents!! Any other pointers over and above that??

Well, you get to throw punches at the camera direction so does your opponent. You can defend and "fake taking a punch". It's pretty much like shadow boxing, but with another guy.
There are some people who likes to cam box with rounds, like if it were a real fight. Some like a third party member as a ref, who is going to count the points per round, and some like to fake KO's and the countdown as well.
