I personally. I would lay you face up, sit on your chest, give you your back, and in that position I would give you some nice punch in the stomach that goes right down so you can lose all the breath possible, but without taking off your shirt it's the shirt not to leave too many marks. my blows will be directed to the center between the sternum and the navel, and some punches, planted just below the sternum ... leaving you breathless.
Good plan, except that a punch through a shirt will often leave fabric burns. Fist to bare skin will cause redness, but isn't as abrasive as through fabric. You would be in a position to put a lot of weight behind the punches though. Is that all you'd do?
I definitely do more, I would work your stomach a lot more but, I have to consider the signs factor, I can't leave them on you, right? however luckily I could take off your shirt. the enjoyment of seeing my fist immersed in the soft stomach of a mature man is priceless to me.
