Gutpunching give/take/trade

Both here as well.

I love the concept of having my abs totally destroyed! Sounds so hot. So you guys who want to destroy me, come get me! Also i don't mind destroying other guys abs, if they like that too.

I will work you over ANYTIME because there is no way could could ever cave in my abs.

Wow sounds like a challenge! Hope to prove I can last longer than you any day! You sound way too sure of your self!

Bag Gloves are the best

I like to take, and sessions where I am challenged to take more than I think I can. I also like giving to guys who like it rough.

GIVE! Nothing better than breaking down abs and having your fist rip into a guy's gut. Over and over and overa gain.

Barefisted or with gloves ?

I enjoy both using gloves and barefisted, and usually go both ways when working a guy over. But the gloves are lifting or light bag gloves.

Deep hard punches at the navel, barefisted would be perfect.

i like both...but prefer to receive one-sided

I like getting, and taking as much as I can. I am also willing to give it also, especially if they enjoy taking but going to give it back to me just as good.

I prefer to take, I like the humiliation.

I am much more into giving punches, but happy to take a few as well. While I can take the shots, I don't seem to get the enjoyment out of it some guys do.

What I do enjoy is a combination of making the other guy happy giving him what he likes and watching him go limp and helpless when his core can take no more (and then punishing a little more).

Give & take preferred but time lengths decided as you go. If the other guys does not want to receive that's ok, but the mutuality of give & take for me gives a much better experience.

I prefer give and take. Swapping roles every 10 to 15 mins.

I prefer to be punched hard in the navel area.

Prefer to take them. Also prefer gloves on the puncher.
