So I got my abs totally destroyed yesterday by a fit, 30 year old boxer. With both arms tied behind my back on my incline bench press, he went to town for 30 solid minutes. Deep, heavy-duty punches, powerful upper cuts and several really strong double-from hammer blows mixed with a few dozen very effective karate chops. I held up pretty well. Later on I asked if he wanted to work my gut over again. BIG MISTAKE. Back on the bench, both arms tied behind my back, and he went totally ballistic for almost 15 minutes. He didn't let up - all powerful punches with lots of DEEP upper cuts to the solar plexus. He got over a dozen really good ones and totally caved in my gut. NO ONE has ever done that before. His knuckles are bleeding and my gut is sore - but I would do it again in a minute.
Getting my gut worked over this afternoon. He intends to destroy it. Anyone in Central Florida want to take advantage of this and work my weakened abs over tomorrow untill they are totally destroyed ???
