I can't stand theatrical gut punting. Its just annoying to watch. I suppose that's because I see solely as a display of stamina, endurance, and toughness. All that other rubbing stuff and putting sticks into your naval is just goofiness to me.

There is quite the amount of gut punching pages on Twitter and Instagram. I have purchased a couple of videos from Gumroad.com from the likes of GPMex and Art of Abs (I think they're on Fighters now) . If punchers were more methodical and simply stood still, their reach would be better, they could hit harder and would be far less likely to throw a hit off target into the ribs or my side. Plus those smarting / glancing punches you get from a dancing puncher…they’d not happen either!
