I got gutpunch 2 days ago on my soft belly, and my insides still hurt..
Did someone have felt the same thing and how long the pain have been lasted?
That’s normal after a good gp session. After each of the sessions I had, my belly hurt for a few days (2 or 3), just like when you exaggerate in abs exercises. I could barely bend to tight my shoelaces😁
After that the pain was over, since it was just muscular.

08.1.2021 23:40If it's just muscular pain and soreness it will hurt for a couple of days. If the pain is deeper inside and doesn't subside, see the doctor again.

Yeah..i'm just coming back from the doc, he didn't feel anything but asked me to wait 7 more days to see if the pain remains..👍

I took 30 or 40 hits in an hour..
The day after it hurt, but less the next day...still hurt tho
