Come ti hanno detto altri dipende! Se e'un match competitivo punto a fare cedere il mio avversario appena ne ho l'occasione. Se e'un match heel vs jobber dove io sono heel mi piace torturare lentamente il jobber.. in entrambi i casi sono molto efficace! 🤣💪
Hello as in last times I started training more, I would love to receive some advices for scissors: are them applied with tighs or calves? Or you can do both?

23.4.2022 16:59Bit of this and that. Sometimes I like to go for the quick crush tap, and others the slow long squeeze.
If its a comp match, not just a squash, then quick for the tap point.
Usually in the quads, I've got strong abductors, can get a tap at times just using that. Standing calf squeezes are fun.
Same thing if I'm receiving for most part
