Rules for my work over - You get to apply 6 holds, each for 15 or 20 minutes. You can apply six different holds, or the same hold six times, or any variation (3 holds 2X each , etc.). You can pick all the holds, or I can, or we can each pick some. If I escape a total of 6 times, I pick my final penalty hold, or if I don't you pick the hold. Pro holds, collegiate holds, pins, etc.
