140lbs iron weighs the same as 140lbs human or 140lbs feathers :-)
It then ONLY depends on the "gymnastics skills" .... lol ... of the liftee ! :-)
I have no idea cause I would not bench you in any case but I guess it's not only a question of the lifter's strength but also of the liftee ability to stay put and rigid all the time while doing it. I would never be lifted like that, no matter the lifter's strength, because of this last reason.
How strong would you need to be to bench a 140lbs person? like would they need to be able to do 180lb on a barbell or 200lb? Or maybe a chest press is a better indicator or bench mark. like 70s in each hands? Is there a ratio that could work like that? I’m guessing not because of people’s balance is off and if they can’t keep a good core it doesn’t work well but what if they were fit and easier balanced ? Has anyone lifted or lifted someone like this would love to here experiences and I wish I could have my own with this lift.
