I need to gain weight & muscle mass to get back up to 170-177 lbs of 3 years ago. 134 lbs now & 5'9" here at NJ USA shore. Plus or minus 25/30 lbs is okay with me. Hit me up for chat. I want to go to wrestling events!
heya coach (heel ?), id like to volunteer for the job of your total muscle jobber who can take it ; read my recommends ; i think they show verifiable proof that im able to handle ANY punishment you can hand out - and ill NEVER beg for you to stop. that would dishonor us both. i want you to be proud (as punch - LOL - to punch, relentlessly, on me !)

I’m working on getting bigger and train a lot. I’m a lot tougher than I look and just need to find a big nasty heel to teach me a lesson.
