eBay and Amazon are always good starting points depending on what style of singlet you're after. Can normally get standard ones relatively cheap.
Alternatively for something a bit more specific or custom I have got some of mine from a member on here called Hairyne who makes his own gear, you could contact him to see if he can make what you're looking for.
