Example Exercise: Two wrestlers A and B stand opposite each other. A wrestler A slides his body on the body of wrestler B and settles behind a wrestler B to take him to full Nelson hold. After few seconds a wrestler A releases 50 percent of the hold so wrestler B comes out of the hold in the gap that wrestler A created for him and slides his body on the body of wrestler A to take him to Nelson hold. The goal is the exchanges between wrestler A and B will be as rapid as possible. After that you can try this speed exercise on other holds of groundwork. Don't forger the rule no. 1 : Safe & Sane.
