The heel in this vintage bout seems to "claw" the shoulder blade (scapula) of his young opponent while holding him in a hammer lock (begins about 5:05 in the video). I searched the internet and found one possible reference: "When trigger points form in the subscapularis muscle, the resulting pain often feels deep within the shoulder, sometimes radiating down the inside of the arm." Does anyone have experience with this sub-scapula trigger/pressure point? Thank you!
