Retired high school teacher informed by students whose discipline, dedication, love of the sport, and motivation were awesome. Past (in)experience had me depending on brute strength derived from 30+ years of weights and gyms. Ignorant of the importance of strategy and knowledge of holds ( obtuse me!),, I have a lot of catching up to do before grappling (literally and figuratively) with you guys, but I'm excited by the possibilities.
