Not meant to be cynical but what's the point of writing such farewell messages without giving any sort of explanation and let people keep asking "what's going on?" without answering to their legitimate questions? Wish you good luck.

Keep in there Roger. You are a great person and people think a lot of you. I've been similar situations mate and I'm sure many people have recently. Doesnt make it any easier or any less challenging I know. Just give yourself time and space mate. You are more loved than you think.
