Everyone has to start somewhere!
This is a Fight Club where beginner to advanced fighters fight and learn from eachother. Bare knux, Gloved, Handwraps and Hard Submission (Submission with body punches) all happen here. Chain fighting is also a style catered for. Events take place at the Selby Mat Room on the 1st Saturday of every Month at 3pm unless otherwise stated and are posted in the events list. Come along and learn to fight!
