Prefer a young stud, but of course if you’re strong enough, age doesn’t matter. Definitely the leaner, the better. Prefer abs. Prefer under 200 lbs, especially under 180.
My standards are high. Been squatted and carried across an entire football field by a 170 lb 18 year old within the last year.
